You will be responsible for progressing your pipeline of new business from appointments generated by the new business development team. Your blend of public and private sector experience will ensure you are perceived as an expert by prospects of all industries and backgrounds. You will get the chance of working with some of the most cutting-edge companies, in terms of recruitment practices, both globally and in the UK.
In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity you will be an experienced, versatile sales executive with several years of proven success within the talent acquisition space.
Ideally you will have experience of selling to HR and IT buyers, or selling software, though this isn’t absolutely essential if you can show you have sold successfully in a complex sales process with multiple decision points and that you comfortable with an extended sales cycle. In addition, experience of working with both public and private sector clients would be highly beneficial.
